Pop is everywhere. Pop culture plays a major role in the lives of many people. With its relevance and value, its meaningfulness and criticality, it is an important topic in all areas and places of society that should neither be marginalized nor subjected to inequalities. Pop as a cultural asset with all its structures and participants must be promoted - locally, networked and democratically. Where is the support for pop?
